Location is absolutely excellent. Rooms are clean and beds are confortable. There is a micro-wave and a small fridge which is appreciated if you want to cut a bit on food expenses.

The front desk customer service was superb. They were super friendly and helpful. I appreciate all of them and their work ethics! The location is close to everything near Times Square and Bryant Park is a block away. There are PLENTY of food places and the subway is at the end of the block.

The location is really good, the check in process was fast . they have luggage storage for you when you check out , which is great . the guy at the door helped us order a taxi to the airport .

My sister and I had an unforgettable stay. The view from the room was fantastic ! The lobby staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to. A special thanks to Ms. Gulbyie, Ms. Maria, and Mr. Gustavo at the restaurant for their exceptional service. The maintenance person was prompt and efficient, ensuring everything was in perfect order. The location couldn’t be more ideal. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and without a doubt, it will be my go-to whenever I visit again.

The location is absolutely perfect. The main point of our trip was to see a Broadway show, and the hotel is located directly across the street from the back entrance to our theater. It was an ideal location for all the other activities we wanted to do as well. The rooms were much bigger than most hotels I've stayed in NY before. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be booking here the next time I come to town for a show. Or even just a bagel!

The location was absolutely perfect! Right in the heart of Time Square. Easy access to Bryant Park, Empire State Building, 5th Ave ..... We love the fact there was an on-site restaurant that served breakfast at 7am. for us Early Birds. The staff was great as well, very welcoming and kind!

It is truly in a great location, a stone's throw from Times Square. There are shops, restaurants, Subway Stations, Broadway all so close by and easy walking to other things like the Empire State Building, Rockerfeller Centre, 5th Avenue, Central Park. The rooms were modest but it is midtown Manhattan but clean, comfortable and with great airconditioning and bathroom. Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. I would certainly stay here again and have no hestitation in recommending the hotel.
